What do you get when you combine yoga, art, music, acrobatics, and dance?

We’re not sure, but folks who attend the show at Walton Arts Center on Thursday will find out when Rave Mehta’s FLOW takes the stage.

The new show, created by award-winning composer, producer, and pianist Ravé Metha, includes elements of piano yoga, yoga dance, acro yoga, aerial yoga, dance, along with music and vocals by singer Radha Mehta.

The show is about 50% choreographed, and 50% improvised, so each experience is completely unique.

Before the show, WAC staff will lead a creative conversation with the artists beginning at 6 p.m., and the next day, cast members will conduct workshops on Acro-Yoga, and one titled “Flow Piano Sound Bath & Healing Experience.”

It’s a 10×10 show, meaning there are tickets available for just $10. The workshops are also just $10 to attend.

To purchase, visit the Walton Arts Center Box office, call 479-443-5600, or visit waltonartscenter.org.
