Fayetteville to host free movies in parks this summer
The Fayetteville Parks & Recreation Department will host a series of movies this summer at three different parks around town.
Admission to each event is free. Movies will begin at around dusk. Concessions and giveaways are planned.
The first event is Friday, July 6 at the Wilson Park swimming pool with the movie Spider-Man: Homecoming. The second event is Friday, July 20 at the Kessler Mountain Regional Park baseball field with the movie The Sandlot. The third event is Friday, Aug. 3 at the Gulley Park gazebo with the movie Grease. Alcoholic beverages will be sold at the Gulley Park event.
