A currently empty lot next to JBGB will soon be home to a branch location for FNB NWA

JBGB will soon have a new neighbor in north Fayetteville. It’s a bank.
First National Bank of NWA this week announced plans to build a new branch location on a 0.7-acre site on North Steele Boulevard, next door to the brewery and restaurant.
The bank has been at a temporary location at 2638 E. Joyce Blvd., Suite 1, since 2015.
“This is a great site, one that we can invest in and create a world class venue that is uniquely Fayetteville,” said Rob Husong, president of First National Bank of NWA in a press release issued this week. “This will be something I know our customers, team, and community will be proud to have.”
Construction on the project is set to begin sometime in early 2019.
