NWA Fashion Week returns to Fayetteville Sept. 20-22

NWA Fashion Week will return to town for a weekend of fall shows Sept. 20-22 at Drake Field in south Fayetteville.

The event will kick off on Thursday night with an installment of The Black Apple Awards, an awards program honoring local artists and creative folks by Idle Class Magazine. Also on Thursday night, a new showcase of student work called Arkansas Arts & Fashion Forum Student Designer Showcase will debut during the event. The new show will feature student designers from around that state of Arkansas, as part of the AAFF Educational Pilot Program.

Runway shows will continue on Friday and Saturday night featuring works by fashion designers from Fayetteville, Bentonville, and regionally from Texas and Oklahoma.

Doors open each evening at 6:30 p.m., with the shows starting at 7:15 p.m.

Tickets to the individual shows start at $45, and are on sale now at nwafw.com.
