Marvel Studios 10th Anniversary

Generally when I think of classic movies, I think of films older than the super-hero adventures produced by Marvel Studios, but in a sense the box-office dominating films featuring Captain America, Iron-Man, and their Avengers partners are modern classics.

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of “Iron-Man,” the movie that opened the door to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the films are being re-released to IMAX theaters this week for a marathon of showings. The event kicked off Thursday and continues through Sept. 6 at the Malco Razorback Cinema Grill & IMAX. Tickets for each showing are priced at $6.
