Ever seen a live polo match?

You’ll get a chance this weekend, when the 29th annual Polo of the Ozarks takes place on Saturday, Sept. 8 at the Buell Farm, located at 2232 W Bowen Blvd. in East Fayetteville (in the Goshen area.)

The event will feature a live polo match, children’s activities, tailgating, silent and live auctions, a gala dinner, live music, and more.

At halftime of the match, there will be awards for the best tailgates, a ladies’ hat contest, and a men’s bow-tie contest. The music this year will be provided by Funk Factory.

Tickets to the event are $10 for children, and $25 for adults. Tables and VIP packages for adults start at $100.

Proceeds benefit Life Styles Inc., an organization that helps individuals with disabilities “reach their full potential as contributing members of the community.”
