Early voting is underway in Washington County for the 2018 mid-term elections.

Ballots may be cast at the Washington County Courthouse on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays from Oct. 22 through Nov. 3. The courthouse will also be open for the last day of early voting on Monday, Nov. 5 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

According to the county website, votes will be cast this year using ExpressVote, “an electronic marking device that produces a paper ballot showing the voter’s exact selections.” You will be asked for, and must provide, photo identification when voting this year.

Voters may also cast early votes in Fayetteville at the Boys & Girls Club, Grace Point Church, and Medical Arts Pharmacy in Fayetteville.

Outside of Fayetteville, early voting is available at Elkins Community Center, Prairie Grove Training Room, West Fork Community Center, and Rodeo Community Center in Springdale.

A schedule of open hours for early voting at the non-courthouse sites is available here, and a map including the early vote sites is here.

Election day is Tuesday, Nov. 6.
