Former Fayettevillian Ben Rector to play Fayetteville Town Center

Former Fayetteville resident Ben Rector is coming back to town for a springtime show.

The Oklahoma-born artist, who attended college at the University of Arkansas and now lives in Nashville, is coming to the Fayetteville Town Center on Sunday, March 10, 2019.

The show is part of a tour to promote Rector’s most recent full-length album, Magic, released earlier this year.

Rector’s major break-out occurred in 2015, with his record and hit song by the same name, Brand New. The album reached No. 9 on the Billboard Top 200, which was streamed more than 41 milliion times on Spotify. Since then, his music has appeared in dozens of films and television shows, and his music continues to garner streams by the millions on a host of popular sites.

Tickets to the Fayetteville show go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 7. Prices range from $32.50-$35 (plus fees).

Special guest Josie Dunne will open the show.
