Recycling, trash, and yard waste collection routes will be delayed for some Fayetteville customers this holiday season.
Regular Monday routes will occur, but city crews are off work on Tuesday, Dec. 25 and Tuesday, Jan. 1 for the Christmas and New Year’s Day holidays.

Anyone whose pickup normally happens on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday will be delayed by one day. That means Tuesday pickup will occur on Wednesday, while Wednesday pickup will happen on Thursday, and then Thursday pickup will take place on Friday.
Crews will be back on a regular schedule starting Monday, Jan. 7.
