The announcements for summer concerts at the Walmart AMP continue to roll in.

This week, the venue added legendary act Earth, Wind, & Fire to their summer lineup. The band is set to perform at the AMP on Friday, May 17.

Earth, Wind & Fire has performed together for five decades, and sold over 100 million albums worldwide over that span. They’ve released 23 albums, with eight of those certified double platinum. They’ve won nine Grammy Awards, including one for Lifetime Achievement in 2012, and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2000.

In other words, they’re kind of a big deal.

Tickets range from $42-$86.50, and go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 15. To purchase, visit the Walton Arts Center Box office or the box office at the AMP in person, call 479-443-5600, or visit amptickets.com.
