‘Wizard Way of the Ozarks,’ the event that began last year as DiaCON Alley of the Ozarks, is set for March 23-24 at various locations around Fayetteville.

The two-day festival will be centered at the Fayetteville Town Center and the Chancellor Hotel, though a new pub crawl event has also been added to the fun.

The event will include a “potions” demonstration by Steve Cox of Super Science NWA, a presentation on Snakes and Other Creatures from the U of A Herpetology Department, performances, panel discussions, trivia competitions, a vendor faire, a sorting ceremony, scavenger hunt, and several other activities.

The pub crawl will make its way to several watering holes along Dickson Street, with themed drinks and decor planned at stops along the way. Crawlers that visit all the locations on a passport provided will receive a t-shirt at the end of the event.

Tickets to the event are $16 for a one-day pass, and a VIP package is available as well. Participation in the pub crawl is $15.
