Weekend Flyer: Air Play, SoNA, Vintage Pistol, and more

Friday, March 8

Air Play

There’s a cool sounding show at Walton Arts Center on Friday night. It’s called Air Play, and is described as “contemporary circus with street performance art and sculpture,” and a “poetic ode to childhood” that “will enchant and electrify the young and the young at heart.” Here’s more, including ticket info.

Also this weekend, TheatreSquared’s version of the Pulitzer finalist The Wolvescontinues at Nadine Baum Studios. There are several chances to see it, though we’ve heard tickets are getting low for these performances. Here’s more info.

UA Theatre also has a new show to check out this weekend. It’s called Topdog/Underdog, and tickets info is available here.

Music-wise, local party band Ultra Suede is at George’s for happy hour, and later on country act Flatland Cavarly plays late night.

There’s more below. Click around for details.
