Kindergarten registration for the 2019-20 school year at Fayetteville Public Schools is coming up next month.
Registration events will take place for each elementary school in the FPS system beginning on Monday, April 1 at the FPS Central Registration Office, located at 300 S. Ray Ave. in Fayetteville. The office is open from 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Children must be 5 years old on or before Aug. 1, 2019 to register.
Registration will take place by school, with the following schedule:
April 1 – Vandergriff Elementary
April 2 – Holcomb Elementary
April 3 – Asbell Elementary
April 4 – Happy Hollow Elementary
April 5 – Root Elementary
April 8 – Leverett Elementary
April 9 – Owl Creek Elementary
April 10 – Butterfield Trail Elementary
April 11 – Washington Elementary
April 12 – Makeup Day
Documents needed for registration include:
- Current proof of address (gas, water, electric bill, or lease dated within last 30 days)
- Birth certificate
- Immunization record
- Social Security card
A physical examination is also required with 90 days of enrollment.
Online registration will also be available beginning on April 1 at fayar.net.
