Springfest announces live music lineup for 2019 event

We knew that Springfest is planning a return to Fayetteville this spring. Now we have a little better idea of what the event will sound like.

The live music schedule for the 2019 event has officially been announced via the event’s official website.

As always, local musicians are well represented in the lineup.

Locals The Poggs, Melody Pond, and School of Rock are the acts announced so far for the Bruce Walker Memorial Stage.

A second stage is planned at Kingfish this year in honor of longtime local musician Jon Kirk, and will be headlined by locals Drawing Blanks, Blacklisted, Makin’ Loaf, and Jon Shorter Band.

The full music lineup for this year’s event is listed below.

Fayetteville Springfest is set for Saturday, April 20 this year. The annual street festival includes a full day of family-friendly activities including a street vendor fair, a pancake breakfast, an Easter egg hunt, plenty of live music, and of course, the popular Dickson Street bed races up Dickson Street.
