Maze featuring Frankie Beverly added to AMP lineup with Lalah Hathaway and Johnny Gill

Maze will stop at the Walmart AMP on Sunday, Sept. 8 for an evening of soul and R&B, along with five-time Grammy winner Lalah Hathaway and Johnny Gill.

Tickets go on sale at 11 a.m. Friday, April 19 and prices range from $30-$99.50 plus fees.

In-person purchases can be made in Fayetteville at the Walton Arts Center box office from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon until 4 p.m. on Saturday, or in Rogers at the Walmart AMP box office Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and noon until 4 p.m. on Saturday.

Mazed was formed in 1970 by Frankie Beverly. The band’s hits include “Happy Feelings,” “Lady of Magic,” “While I’m Alone” and “Workin’ Together.” The band now includes Frankie Beverly, Roame, Carl Wheeler, Jubu, Larry Kimpel, Calvin Napper and Vance Taylor.

Through her career, Lalah Hathaway has won five Grammy awards and was nominated for another three this year. She’s played with Prince, Stevie Wonder, Herbie Hancock and Anita Baker. Her latest album Honestly is out now with guest appearances from Redman, Lecrae, Robert Glasper and more.

Johnny Gill just released a new single called “Soul of A Woman” from his upcoming album Game Changer II.
