Fayetteville offers free presentation on shopping in bulk

Residents are invited to a free presentation on how to shop in bulk at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 2 at the Fayetteville Public Library’s Walker Room, located at 401 W. Mountain St.

The event will be led by Taylor Gladwin, the city’s environmental educator. Attendees will learn about the environmental and financial benefits of shopping in bulk, how to use DIY bulk bins, and how to reduce packaging and food waste while grocery shopping.

The presentation is free and open to the public. No registration is required.
