It’s time for another round of Artists 360 funding for local artists.

The Mid-America Arts Alliance program is made possible from support by the Walton Family Foundation. Its aim is to identify and elevate the Northwest Arkansas area’s leading artists.

The three-year pilot program began last year, and awarded a total of $114,000 to 20 artists.

The program aims to serve 60 artists in total over the three-year life of the project.

Practicing artists in can receive $7,500 for projects, while student artists can apply for a $1,500 grant. In addition to the cash prize, the artists will also receive professional development and support services. Artists must live in either Benton County, Carroll County, Crawford County Sebastian County or Washington County to be eligible for a grant.

Those interested in applying for the second year of grants, should visit artists360.art/apply for more information. Applications must be received by July 8 for the second round of funding.
