Sassy’s Red House is celebrating 10 years in business with a month of food and drink specials all-day, every day during the month of June.
The restaurant opened its original location at 708 N College Ave. in the spring of 2009. Since then, they’ve also expanded to operate a second location off Wedington at 1290 Steamboat Dr.
The restaurant will celebrate with $10 buckets of beer (Budweiser, Bud Light, Miller Lite, or Coors Light), $10 BBQ Nachos (pork or chicken), $10 BBQ sandwich + 1 side + a domestic draft, $10 BBQ sandwich + a side, + a 32 oz keeper cup with soda or tea, $10 cheddar burger + a side + a domestic draft, a $10 cheddar burger + a side plus a keeper cub of soda or tea, along with $1.50 Busch Light cans, and $3 Summer Shandy Drafts.
The celebration begins on Saturday, June 1 with the new specials. The restaurant will be open late that evening as well until 2 a.m., with a karaoke DJ on the patio beginning at 11 p.m.
“We’re so excited about hitting our 10 Year anniversary,” said owner Allen Brumett. “Been a crazy ride and lots of good times! Couldn’t thank everyone that’s worked for us, helped us and dined with us that have helped get us to this point!
“Thanks for letting us be a part of this community for the last 10 years,” he said. “We look forward to another 10.”
