Arkansas-Ole Miss Super Regional begins Saturday in Fayetteville

The Razorbacks will host Ole Miss in the Fayetteville Super Regional in a best-of-three series at Baum-Walker Stadium, beginning on Saturday, the NCAA announced Tuesday.

Games are set for 11 a.m. Saturday, 2 p.m. Sunday, and 3 p.m. Monday (if necessary). The NCAA website stated that times and networks could change.

The winner of the series will advance to the opening round of the College World Series to play either Florida State or LSU.

Arkansas clinched its spot in the Super Regional on Sunday with a 6-0 shutout of TCU. It’s the eighth Super Regional appearance for the program, and the fourth time for Arkansas to host a Super Regional series.

All reserved and Hog Pen general admission tickets for the series sold out in less than 10 hours after they went on sale, according to the university.

A small allotment of general admission tickets in the Hog Pen were reserved exclusively for UA students and can be purchased for $20 on a first-come, first-served basis beginning Wednesday. Students are limited to one ticket per person. Students can buy tickets online as well as at the Razorback Ticket Office.
