This year’s festival will kick off with Friday night festivities including a Rainbow Disco Party at Maxine’s Tap Room, and “Out in the Ozarks,” a comedy night featuring one of the worlds most successful lesbian comedians, Fortune Feimster, and local storytelling troupe, That’s What She Said at Fayetteville Town Center.
Saturday events include the NWA Pride Festival on Dickson Street from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m., with the annual NWA Pride Parade making its way up Dickson Street beginning at noon. The festival features a beer garden; food, craft, and nonprofit vendors; the PFLAG family zone; and the NWA Bear King Contest. The parade and festival are free to attend.
