The 23rd annual Gulley Park Summer Concert Series continues Thursday, July 11 with a performance by Fayetteville party band Ultra Suede.
The band, which has been a staple of the local music scene for more than 25 years, provides “high-energy, interactive, dance party entertainment to a 4 state area, and was has been voted “Best Party Band” in NW Arkansas enough times over the years to earn Hall of Fame status locally.
The Gulley Park Summer Concert Series is organized by the city’s Parks & Recreation Department, and features free outdoor live music with plenty of room for picnic blankets and lawn chairs throughout the fields surrounding the gazebo stage at Gulley Park in east Fayetteville.
The music starts at 7 p.m., and the concerts are free and open to the public. Coolers are welcome for those who’d like to pack snacks or dinner, but food vendors will be set up in the food truck court on the northwest side of the park by Old Wire Road.
