If you missed out the carnival rides and cotton candy at the Tontitown Grape Festival, there’s another opportunity this month at the county fair.

The 2019 Washington County Fair midway is open from Tuesday, Aug. 20 through Saturday, Aug. 24 on the fairgrounds, located at 2536 N. McConnell Ave. in Fayetteville.

Gates open at 10 a.m., with carnival rides starting at 5 p.m. (noon on Saturday).

Cost for adults is $5, except on Tuesday Family Night when admission is $2 per person with a canned food item. Children ages 6 and under get in free. Unlimited ride armbands are $25.
