Get out your dancin’ shoes, everyone. There are a ton of good shows coming up at George’s Majestic Lounge.
The venue’s fall lineup is out, and as always, there are some big names on the list.
If you’re into country/Americana bands, you can check out Colter Wall (Sept. 25), Josh Abbot Band (Oct. 3), Aaron Watson (Oct. 24), William Clark Green (Nov. 22), Randy Rogers Band (Dec. 12), and several others.
If you feel like dancing, the venue is hosting some big EDM shows including Antennae on Sept. 12, Minnesota on Sept. 19, TroyBoi on Oct. 2, Jai Wolf on Oct. 10, and Big Wild on Oct. 18, with other shows set to be announced.
There are also some huge jam shows coming up, including three nights with Steve Kimmmock & Friends Oct. 4-6, Ripe on Oct. 30, Perpetual Groove on Nov. 4, Lettuce on Nov. 6, and Pigeons Playing Ping Pong on Nov. 20.
Other notable shows include the return of former Fayettevillians that are touring pretty heavily now like Shawn James (Oct. 13), Brother Moses (Nov. 14) and Handmade Moments (Dec. 31.)
There’s a big indie show with Black Belt Eagle Scout on Nov. 26, and The Messthetics (the instrumental trio featuring Fugazi rhythm section Joe Lally and Brendan Canty) will perform Dec. 9.
