David Sedaris coming to Walton Arts Center Sunday

Writer and humorist David Sedaris is coming to Fayetteville this weekend.

The author of a host of New York Times best-selling books and frequent contributor to popular radio show and podcast This American Life will appear at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 3 at Walton Arts Center.

His latest book, a collection of essays called Calypso, is another best-seller for Sedaris, who also records a radio show on BBC Radio 4 titled Meet David Sedaris/em>. He has also been nomiated for three Grammy Awards for Best Spoken Word and Best Comedy Album.

He is best known for his writing, however, including his books Let’s Explore Diabetes with Owls, Squirrel Seeks Chipmunk, When you are Engulfed in Flames, Naked, Me Talk Pretty One Day, and others.
