Mark your calendar. Post a Post-it note on your beer fridge. Ask your mom to remind you later. Frost Fest has a date for 2020.

According to the website for the event, the annual winter time outdoor beer festival organized by the folks at Fossil Cove Brewery is set for Saturday, Feb. 1 in 2020 at 2463 N McConnell Ave next to the Washington County Fairgrounds.

For those who aren’t familiar with Frost Fest, the idea behind the event was to get actual representatives from the breweries to show up and pour beer at the festival, and that trend is expected to continue in the event’s fifth year.

The first round of breweries for this year’s event is set to be announced on Dec. 3, and the music schedule will be out shortly after. Last year, the event included 45 breweries from 8 states pouring samples of their craft brews.

General admission tickets are $50 (they go up to $60 on Jan. 6) and include a sampling glass, plus all the samples you can drink.

Beer Enthusiast tickets are $80, and include early access to the festival, a larger sampling glass, and a few other perks.

A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit Apple Seeds, Inc.

Tickets to the event officially went on sale on Nov. 1. To purchase, visit the Frost Fest Eventbrite page.
