It’s been a big week for concert announcements.
The latest came this morning, when Walmart AMP officials announced that Americana acts The Avett Brothers and Tyler Childers will perform together at the venue on Sunday, Aug. 9.
Neither act are strangers to NWA. The Avett Brothers were at the AMP last year, and Tyler Childers played a sold-out show at the Fayetteville Town Center back in the fall.
Avett Brothers released their 10th album, Closer Than Together, last year. There’s also a musical in the works titled Swept Away that is based on their music set to debut this summer.
Tickets to the show range from $45-$89.50, and go on sale at 9 a.m. on Jan. 31. To purchase, visit the Walton Arts Center Box Office, call 479-443-5600, or visit amptickets.com.
