Ditch the cigarettes and start vaping more. Travel to new places. Call Susan more often. I mean, she is my sister after all. Sure she insists on staying with that loser Mitch, who is NEVER going to make an honest woman out of her, despite promise after promise. How can she not see this?!

Ladies and gentlemen, feast your eyes on 725 E. Rockwood Trail!
You are probably thinking, “Jay, you are one of the smartest, best looking guys I know, but how does buying a house do all of that?” Let me just tell you about this house and all will become clear.
We are talking new construction in the heart of Fayetteville, nestled on beautiful Mount Sequoyah and constructed with care by reputable, locally-based builders Baumann & Crosno Construction. The home, drafted and designed by Lane Crosno Designs, was done so with environment and location in mind, with a smart, open layout and a level of finish one expects from a house in this area. And the builder preserved every bit of tree canopy possible in order to keep the woodsy Mount Sequoyah feel that only old-growth trees can provide.
If you aren’t familiar with the Mount Sequoyah area, I might suggest you resolve to change that. This is one amazing location. Centralized for the quintessential Fayetteville life, you’ll be walking with the kids to school during the week, walking down to Dickson Street on the weekends, walking the dogs through the nearby historic district … Starting to sound a little bit like one of your resolutions, yes? Plus, if you’ve committed to eating better in the new year, what’s better eatin’ than a delicious pie from Fork and Crust? It’ll take you just two minutes to walk there.
Or maybe you have resolved to cook more and eat out less this year. The kitchen in this home will inspire you to do just that. It comes with plenty of bright white 2CM quartz counter space, a GE Profile stainless appliance package with a gas range and convection oven, a huge walk-in pantry, and a deep under-mount sink set into the large island. Plus the kitchen opens up to the living room, so if you’ve resolved to binge watch more shows this year, cooking will never slow you down!
The home has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, and you will love this layout. The master suite is on the main level and there are two bedrooms on each level to suit most any family situation. And speaking of that master suite, it features super tall trey ceilings, a well appointed master bath with a huge walk-in closet.
The two-car garage has an upgraded Carriage-style garage door to really boost that curb appeal while the gas log fireplace boosts the couch appeal. Quality engineered wood floors cover the main living areas, 12”x24” tile in the bathrooms and laundry, and you have carpet in only the three guest bedrooms and on the stairs. So if 2020 is the year you have finally resolved to use less Resolve™ Carpet Cleaner, the Rockwood house gives you a much better chance of accomplishing that no matter how weird that resolution is!
Now that you’ve been presented with several very fine examples of how buying a home like this is guaranteed to help you accomplish all of your 2020 resolutions, I am looking forward to hearing from you. You can reach me at 479-601-5453. If I don’t pick up it’s probably because I’m at the gym fulfilling my own resolution!
(I’ll pick up)
