Another day, another Grammy Award-winning artist announced at the Walmart AMP.
This time, it’s country artist Maren Morris, coming to the venue on Friday, Oct. 9.
Morris’ new song The Bones is currently No. 1 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart for the second straight week, marking the first solo female back-to-back No. one since 2012. The new No. 1 is her fourth to date for the artist, who last year won Album of the Year at the Country Music Association Awards. She won a Grammy in 2017 for her song, My Church. She’s in The Highwomen.
In other words, she’s kind of a big deal.
