Weekend Flyer: Order take out, do a puzzle, howl at the moon

Our calendar is still suspended, but that’s still not stopping us from writing a Weekend Flyer over here. We’re nuts.

Although I gotta admit, it’s getting a little bit harder to do each week.

There are still a few livestreams of local live music that we know of. JJ’s is still doing their Social Distancing live from their Rogers location’s Facebook page. This weekend, you can catch Mister Lucky on Friday, and Lance McDaniel on Saturday from 6-8 p.m.

Big Box Karaoke is hosting another live sake tasting with special guest Shaun Traxler of Vault. Shaun will be making a tasty sake cocktail recipe you can make at home. This one will take place on Big Box’s Instagram at 4 p.m. on Sunday. Here’s a bit more info.

Folks all over town are howling together each evening at 8 p.m., so that’ll kill a few minutes.

Otherwise, you could do another puzzle. Camp out in the back yard. Sidewalk chalk. Read a book. Paint a picture. Record a Bill Withers cover. Order some takeout. Have a living room dance party. Check on someone. Bake some bread. Smoke some wings. Picnic. Video games. Watch a movie. Text your ex. Go for a bike ride. Handstand contest. Board games. Have a panic attack. Get naked. Spades?

Feel free to tell us below what you are doing this weekend, to give us some ideas. Or just check in and let us know how you’re doing.

Hope everyone is hanging in there.
