Fayetteville High School graduation rescheduled for July 2

FPS teachers created a video to honor the seniors in the class of 2020

Graduation for the Fayetteville High School class of 2020 has been rescheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 2, district officials announced.

The ceremony was originally scheduled for today (May 14).

The rescheduled commencement ceremony will take place at Harmon Field, located at 61 Harmon Ave. in Fayetteville.

FPS officials also released a tribute video honoring seniors featuring teachers from the high school. The school also distributed yard signs for families to display to pay tribute to their seniors.

Some Fayetteville high school seniors will participate in a neighborhood caravan/parade tonight (May 14) at 6 p.m. Here’s a link to the parade route.
