Bikes, Blues & BBQ officials are still hoping to host an event this fall, officials announced in a video released earlier this week on their Facebook page.

“I wanted to let you know we are still planning to host the 21st annual Bikes, Blues & BBQ Sept. 23-26,” rally executive director Tommy Sizemore said in the video.

Sizemore said the rally is still several months away, and organizers will comply with guidance from local government and medical officials on how to host the event.

“We’re still here, we’re still working everyday, and we’re still planning,” he said.

The video also encouraged vendors who’d like to be a part of this year’s event to apply at their website.

Bikes, Blues & BBQ has been held annually in Fayetteville since 2000. According to their website, the annual motorcycle rally has raised over $2 million for local charities since then.

Rally officials said if plans change for the 2020 event, an announcement will be made on social media.
