George’s is hosting a couple parking lot parties this weekend. First off, locals Honeyjack will be performing in the lot at 6 p.m. for happy hour Friday night. It’ll also be livestreamed. Also this weekend, TheatreSquared will be back with a live-streaming performance of their latest New Play Festival show, The Interrogator on Friday night, and on Saturday, they’ll host their performance by Grammy Award-winning artist Larry Mitchell, U.S. Poet Laureate Joy Harjo, and folk musician Katie Martin. Local outdoor venue Prairie Street Live is planning a movie night in the grass on Friday night a showing of Top Gun, and on Saturday they’ve got live music with The Irie Lions.
