Election results: Early, absentee, and partial election day votes favor Jordan, Jones, Petty, Bunch, and Hertzberg

We are refreshing numbers below with early, absentee, and Election Day results from 16 of 41 voting centers.

Election officials handed out early, absentee, and Election Day totals from 16 of 41 voting centers just after 9 p.m. Tuesday.

Numbers from early voting have held steady in the municipal races that we’re following.

Incumbent Lioneld Jordan leads in the Fayetteville mayoral race with 69% of the vote to 24% for Terminella, 5% for Harris, and 2% for Baucom.

In the City Council race in Ward 1, D’Andre Jones still leads with 40%, followed by Tanner Pettigrew with 29%, Pedro Fimbres with 19%, and Oroo Oyioka with 12%.

In Ward 2, Matthew Petty still leads with 65% of the vote to 35% for William Chesser.

Council Member Sarah Bunch still leads in Ward 3 with 78% of the votes to 22% for Peter Tonnessen.

In Ward 4, Holly Hertzberg leads with 50% of the vote to 32% for incumbent Kyle Smith, 9% for Paul Waddell, and 7% for Adam Fire Cat.
