Restaurants offering Thanksgiving meals or sides to-go in 2020

As with just about everything else in 2020, Thanksgiving is going to be different this year.

Due to the recent rise in COVID-19 cases in Northwest Arkansas, large gatherings will be less common, as locals opt for smaller, more intimate gatherings with just immediate or smaller groups of friends.

As a result, several local restaurants are offering to-go options to help folks celebrate this year.

We’ve started a list of some of the options we’ve heard about in Fayetteville. Feel free to add to-go Thanksgiving meal options you know about in the comments below.

Southern Food Company is offering full feasts or just sides and desserts to-go for Thanksgiving this year. Orders must be placed by 6 p.m. on Nov. 21, and can be ready for pickup on the on Nov. 24-25. Menus are available here, and you can call 479-313-7646 to order or for more information.

Penguin Ed’s is offering smoked turkeys and hams, as well as cornbread stuffing and gravy to-go this year. Orders must be placed by Nov. 21, and can be picked up on Nov. 24-25. Here’s more info.

Mockingbird Kitchen is offering full meals, or just sides and desserts to round out your Thanksgiving meal this year. Check out the menu here. To order, call 479-435-6333.

Theo’s is also offering Thanksgiving feasts for two this year. The prix fixe feast comes with ham or a half Cornish game hen with your choice of sides and a mini-pie for dessert. The full menu is here. Orders must be placed by Monday, Nov. 23, and pickup is on Nov. 25 from 12-7 p.m. To order, call 479-527-0086.

Ozark Natural Foods is offering whole roasted turkeys, or smaller portions of turkey, along with sides and desserts this year. Deadline to order is Nov. 22. They’ve got a handy order form online with the full menu, or can call 479-521-7558 to place your order.

JJ’s Grill is offering full meals or sides and desserts to-go this year. The full menu is available here, and you can order your selections online. Their deadline to order is Nov. 23, and you can pick up on Nov. 24-25.

Little Bread Co. is offering holiday pies and desserts to go this year with pickup available Nov. 24-25. Here’s more info. To order call 479-527-0622.

Richard’s Meat Market is offering full Thanksgiving meals to go. To order, call 479-443-0000.

The Farmers Table is offering Thanksgiving appetizers, sides, breads and desserts this year. Here’s more info.
