After a brief closure to repaint the big screen, the 112 Drive-in has reopened for an extended season this year.

Officials last week announced the drive-in would be open Thanksgiving week Thursday-Saturday, and on Fridays and Saturdays through December.

The theatre this weekend (Nov. 26-28) will show The Croods The New Age at 7 p.m., followed by The War with Grandpa around 8:45 p.m. Admission to the shows are $10 for adults, and $5 for kids 6-12. Kids 5 and under get in free.

December movies will be announced at a later date.

Officials this week also announced a holiday drone light show event on Dec. 20. The event, organized by Walmart, will feature nearly 1,000 Intel drones lighting the sky, choreographed to holiday music. The Fayetteville event is final of eight drone light show events organized by the retailer this holiday season. The event is free, but tickets are required. According to the website, they’re sold out for now, but additional events could be added in the future.
