The City of Fayetteville’s Parks and Recreation department is now accepting sign ups for their 2021 Spring Youth Soccer Prorgram.

The spring season is set to begin on Saturday, March 6, and will continue into May.

Sign ups began late last year, and will continue through Jan. 31. Those that sign up before Jan. 15 will receive $10 off their registration fee, and registration will close early if sign ups reach maximum capacity.

The program is offered for kids aged 3-16 years old, and focuses on player development and sportsmanship.

Teams will meet twice per week, and players will be randomly assigned a team based on age. In addition, volunteer coaching positions are also available.

The program will follow directives based on guidance provided by the Arkansas Department of Health and the Center for Disease Control in regards to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Precautions and protocols will remain in place at the discretion of Fayetteville Parks and Recreation per recommendations from ADH and CDC, officials said.

Registration fees range from $60-$85 per player and includes a jersey, shorts, socks and an end of season award.
