Local pharmacies to host COVID-19 vaccination clinics offering second doses to healthcare workers

Local pharmacies will host two vaccination clinics for healthcare workers who need a second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine in the coming weeks.

The first clinic, organized by Collier Drug, Medical Arts Pharmacy, and Community Pharmacy is set for 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. this Saturday, Jan. 30 at Central United Methodist Church in Fayetteville. Healthcare workers who recieved their first dose at the Central United Methodist Church on Jan. 9 will be eligible to receive their second dose on the 30th. Participants should bring a consent form (available here) and their vaccination cards.

A second event, organized by Medical Arts and Community Pharmacy, is scheduled for 9 a.m . until 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 3 at Fellowship Fayetteville. This event is for healthcare workers who received their first dose at the same location on Jan. 13. Again, attendees should bring a consent form and their vaccination cards.
