Fayetteville announces 2021 calendar for new outdoor program

A new outdoor recreation training and education program will continue into 2021 in Fayetteville.
Outdoor Fayetteville is a project of the city’s parks and recreation department, and includes day hikes, sunset paddles and backcountry cooking clinics to extended, overnight backpacking and canoeing/kayaking excursions.
Registration is now open and programs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All equipment is provided and family pricing options are available.
COVID-19 safety protocols and directives from the Arkansas Department of Health and the Center for Disease Control will be implemented to ensure the safety of participants and staff. Programs will be designed to allow for social distancing and small groups.
