The snow is melting. Temperatures are forecast to be above freezing. Things are looking up, everyone.

There’s a rock show at George’s on Friday night, with a four-band bill featuring locals Agony Incorporated, Fall Child, Day After Morning, and End Fall. On Saturday, they’ll host Eureka Springs-based string band, Eureka Strings (I see what you did there), and on Sunday, their Valentine’s Day comedy show rescheduled from last weekend will take the stage. Here’s ticket info.

Walton Arts Center will debut a new series this week called In The Atrium, featuring free performances by local musicians. This week, local singer/songwriter Candy Lee will kick off the series with a 7 p.m. performance. Reservations are encouraged. Here’s more info about the new series.

Also in tunes, JJ’s on Dickson has a performance by Repo’d Trailer on Friday night.

There’s still time to check out TheatreSquared’s streaming show School Girls via the T2 website, and you can also still check out The Half Life of Marie Curie if you haven’t seen that one yet (or if you have, and want to watch it again).

Also this weekend, there’s a Razorback men’s basketball game on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. as the Hogs take on Texas A&M in College Station. The women’s team are in action versus Ole Miss today at 6 p.m. at Bud Walton, and they take on LSU on Sunday in Baton Rouge. There’s Hog’s baseball this weekend as well (here’s more about that).

As always, let us know what we’ve missed in the comments below.

Have a good weekend, buds.
