Collier Drug Stores will host several COVID-19 vaccination clinics in Washington and Benton Counties in the coming weeks, beginning with a Fayetteville clinic on Wednesday, April 7 at Collier Drug on Dickson Street.

Clinics are also set for April 10 and April 14 at the Collier on Dickson Street, and at the Benton County Faorgrounds on April 14 and April 21.

Those interested in receiving a first or second dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine can sign up at one of the clinics listed below.

Pharmacy officials are asking those who sign up to show up on time at the designated location, and no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, and for attendees to bring a photo ID and insurance card (if you have one, not required) to your appointment.

Those who sign up for an appointment will receive a confirmation email with your set date and time.

There is no charge for the vaccination, and anyone 16 or older is eligible for the shot.

Sign up links are below. For more information about the COVID-19 vaccine, visit the Arkansas Department of Health website.

Collier Drug is located at 100 W Dickson St. in Fayetteville. The Benton County Fairgrounds are at 7640 SW Regional Airport Blvd Rd. in Bentonville.
