It’s springtime, and that means a lot of things to a lot of people.

For some, it’s time to hit the river, or chase waterfalls in the Arkansas wilderness. For others, it’s time to plant flowers, or a garden. But for plenty of people in Fayetteville and across the south, springtime means time to gather up some friends, put a bunch of newspaper down on some folding tables, and boil up some sausage, corn, potatoes, and mudbugs.

One such gathering is coming up in Fayetteville next weekend, when Theo’s partners up with Fossil Cove brewing for their first ever Crawfish Boil on their patio, located at their restaurant at 318 N. Campbell Avenue in Fayetteville.

The new event will include unlimited crawfish and your first brew of the evening for $30, along with a raw oyster bar, and of course, plenty of craft brews from Fossil Cove available to wash down those spicy little critters.

Theo’s officials told us they’ve secured permission from the city and plan to shut down Campbell Avenue for the event to allow for expanded capacity for the occasion, and they’ve ordered over 500 pounds of crawfish for the event.

Tickets will be available at the door the day of the event, set to take place from 2-6 p.m.
