The Marion Orton Recycling Center on North Street will be closed in the mornings until further notice.
The facility will close each day from 5-10 a.m. starting Monday, May 10, according to a news release.
The partial daily closure is needed to accommodate construction improvements associated with a new apartment complex being developed nearby. Construction work and the associated closure of the facility will continue each day until complete and as weather allows.
The facility is normally open 24 hours a day. Residents will still be able to access the center before 5 a.m. and after 10 a.m. during the partial closure period.
