Walton Arts Center’s Artosphere Festival is underway, and one of the festival’s signature events is happening tonight (May 11).

The first ‘Off the Grid’ performance of the festival is set for Tuesday night with songwriter Willi Carlisle taking the ‘stage’ in the heated tent at Maxine’s Tap Room.

The show is one of three that were planned for this evening, but the rain has postponed the performances by Christian Serrano Torres at The Vault and Route 358 at The Fayetteville Town Center Plaza that had been planned.

Artosphere’s Off the Grid series typically features performances by the Artosphere Festival Orchestra in pop-up shows around the region, but the pandemic prevented the orchestra from getting together this year.

Tonight’s show featuring Carlisle is free to attend, and will take place from about 7-8:30 p.m.
