Collier Drug offering COVID-19 vaccine to anyone 12 or older beginning Thursday

COVID-19 vaccinations for anyone 12 and older will begin at Collier Drug later this week.

The FDA approved emergency use authorization for people 12-15 on Monday, and pharmacy officials today announced they’ll begin giving shots to the newly-eligible group on Thursday, May 13.

The pharmacy will require a signed parental consent form for anyone under 18 years old, and that form is available on their website.

Collier Drug Stores will host a clinic at their Dickson Street location from 3-6 p.m. on Friday, May 14 for anyone 12 and older. To sign up, visit this website.

The Dickson Street location, along with their Centerton store, will be offering walk-in vaccines throughout the week. The Dickson Street location will offer walk-ins on Tuesday-Fridays from 11 a.m. until noon, and 3-5 p.m. The Centerton location will offer walk ins Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.
