Grab your picnic blanket and your lawn chairs, and fill your coolers with Dr. Thunders, everyone. It’s almost time for summer live music at Gulley Park.

The 25th annual Gulley Park Summer Concert Series kicks off on Thursday, June 24 with local party band, Jukeboxx.

After that, local bluegrass heroes Arkansauce will perform on July 1, followed by local folk band Heath Sanders on July 8, 90s tribute band Mixtapes on July 15, beloved duo Trout Fishing in America on July 22, and Arkansas country artist Dandelion Heart on July 29.

For those unfamiliar, the concert series is organized by the city’s Parks & Recreation Department, and features free outdoor live music with plenty of room for picnic blankets and lawn chairs throughout the fields surrounding the gazebo stage at Gulley Park in east Fayetteville.

The music starts at 7 p.m., and the concerts are free and open to the public. Coolers are welcome for those who’d like to pack snacks or dinner, but food vendors are also usually set up around the park.
