Actors Justin Long, Kate Bosworth spotted around Fayetteville

A couple of recognizable Hollywood-types have been spotted around Fayetteville the last few weeks.

Actors Justin Long and Kate Bosworth have been in town filming something in the NWA area, and have been popping up in social media feeds all over the city.

Locals report to have seen the actors around the downtown area, including at Ozark Natural Foods, Hugo’s, Puritan, and on the UA campus.

Long has been posting a few photos of recognizable landmarks in Fayetteville on Instagram as well, including the photo above on the Fayetteville square next to one of Jason Jones’ gnome paintings near the visitors center. In the comments of the post, Bosworth says she took the photo.

They seem to be enjoying themselves. Long commented that a scone he picked up at Ozark Natural Foods was “the best he’d ever had,” and Bosworth commented Long’s photo above saying Fayetteville was “so lovely.”

Bosworth also had this to say about the experience in a post on her Instagram account Wednesday:

There are some movie experiences when you learn a lotttttt about another person. Well, we just wrapped one of those — all night shoots, working 6 day weeks. The exhaustion & insanity was off the grid. Holy moly @justinlong you are a truly spectacular / fun / funny / kind / rare / thoughtful / totally. fckn. rad human being. ?

THANK YOU for lifting us up… you kept it light & full of laughter daily, even through the toughest moments. You gnome how much I love ya ? (sorry had to ;)

Ps, thank you Fayetteville!!! We had such a fun stay w/ you guys … everyone was so darn nice (Logan you sweetie!) & the signs in particular were unique, as you all can see in pic 1 (in which I tried to be a creepy doll & couldn’t stop laughing :)

We reached out to Long, along with a few of the folks that work in the film industry in town for more info on what the actors were shooting, but no one has responded so far.

Anyone know what project they were in town filming for? Have you spotted the actors around Fayetteville?
