Walton Arts Center officials are seeking art submissions for a group exhibition of local work coming up this fall.
The new show, set to feature NWA visual artists, will be curated by longtime local artist, Kathy Thompson.
The show will include works of ceramics, painting, sculpture, digital work, printmaking, fiber, photography, mixed media, crafts, fashion, and illustration created by artists living in the region.
The exhibit will be on display in the WAC’s Joy Pratt Markham Gallery beginning on Sept. 30, and will run through Nov. 5 as part of the arts center’s 30th anniversary season celebration.
Artists may submit up to two pieces for consideration, however only one work per artist will be accepted for the show.
The deadline to submit work is Sunday, Aug. 1.
