Weekend Flyer: Chamber Music on the Mountain, Ley Lines, Sevendust, and more

Happy Friday, y’all.

George’s kicks off the weekend with a happy hour show featuring locals Leah & The Mojo Doctors at around 6 p.m. Friday night. Later on, Eureka Strings and Chucky Waggs & Co will perform. The venue will host an Amy Winehouse tribute on Saturday night featuring Jenna and the Soul Shakers, and on Saturday, there’s a rock show with Sevendust, Kirra, and Austin Meade.

Speaking of tributes, locals from Opal Agafia and the Sweet Nothings will play a tribute to Dolly Parton and Loretta Lynn at Prairie Street Live Saturday afternoon.

Newish local band Ley Lines has been turning heads in Fayetteville lately, and they’ll perform with Moldilocks at Nomad’s on Saturday night.

There’s a chamber music festival making its debut in and around Fayetteville this year, and Mount Sequoyah will host a concert called Chamber Music on the Lawn in the gazebo in their cottage circle on Friday night, followed by another chamber music performance in Miller Lodge on Saturday night.
