Choose from a selection of artfully crafted cocktails like the “Oh, Snap!,” a refreshing blend of Maestro Dobel Diamante tequila and house-made sugar snap pea syrup. Take an international trip with “Paris Is Always A Good Idea,” a sophisticated drink of cognac, yellow and green chartreuse blend, and honey syrup. Or drink your dessert with “George’s Top Banana,” a delicious mix of Bumbu rum, Banane du Brésil, and walnut bitters.

Tower Bar evening hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 5 to 10 p.m., and Friday through Saturday, 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. We’re closed Sunday and Monday. Pro Tip: MO Friend and Insider-level members can enjoy coffee service and snacks during the day. Ages 21+ starts at 5 p.m.
