Who’s ready for a movie night?

The Arkansas Cinema Society, in association with Experience Fayetteville, will present a screening of the Spanish film The Book of Life on Wednesday, Oct. 6 at Fayetteville Public Library.

The screening will be held in the Gathering Glade, located outdoors on the west side of the library, and is in celebration of Latinx/Hispanic Heritage Month.

The first 50 families to arrive at the event will receive a goodie bag, and all attendees will be entered into a raffle to win a “Weekend in Fayetteville” package.

There will also be free slushies and popcorn served on the Gathering Glade before the film at around 6:30 p.m.

Blankets and lawn chairs are encouraged.

The screening is free and open to the public. For a bit more information, visit faylib.org.
